Research On The Quality Management Of 108 National Highway Reconstruction Proiect

With the proposal of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing,tianjin and hebei,the construction of Beijing city sub-center and supporting facilities for the winter Olympics,the capital’s transportation industry has been developing rapidly,and the new reconstruction projects of highway engineering have also been increased in a period of time.In the new reconstruction project of highway engineering,it is often affected by the material machine,construction technology,construction environment,etc.It is the quality of engineering cannot always be controlled,thus affecting the quality of finished products.This article mainly to 108 national road(lu village-south village)rebuilt project bid 3 research and analyze the quality management of the whole project implementation process,in the process of project implementation,the total quality management theory is blended in among them,in the process of this paper,first of all,total quality management theory is discussed in this paper,analyzes the factors that affect the quality.Secondly,it introduces the project overview,including the implementation content and schedule arrangement.Thirdly,this paper expounds the project quality management objectives,system and influencing factors,and puts forward some solutions to the impression factors.Fourth,the quality management is analyzed before,during and after the event.Finally,the conclusion is given,and the experience of general applicability to the quality management of new highway reconstruction projects is given,which can provide some references for the quality management of related projects in the future.
