In recent years,with the continuous development of China ’s social economy,the pace of urbanization construction has been accelerating,the construction industry has also developed rapidly and has become an important part of the national economy.The production and operation scale of domestic construction engineering enterprises is constantly expanding.However,the quality problems of construction projects are frequent,and the quality of construction projects has become a social concern.The quality problems of construction projects are caused by the low level of engineering quality management of enterprises,which can not meet the needs of modern development of engineering quality management.Although China has introduced laws and regulations on the quality management of construction projects and improved the project quality supervision and management system,there is still no perfect engineering quality management evaluation system in quality management evaluation,which leads to the lack of scientific guidance of engineering quality management evaluation to improve the quality management in construction enterprises.Then this paper studies the evaluation model of engineering quality management on the basis of systematically exploring the evaluation index of engineering quality management,and proposes improvement countermeasures for the improvement of engineering quality management.This paper chooses to study the improvement of engineering quality management of W project.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research results of construction engineering quality management at home and abroad with using the method of literature review,expounds the related theory and methods of construction engineering quality management,and lays the foundation for the evaluation and improvement of the following text.Then it introduces the basic situation of W project and the current situation of engineering quality management,and collects the possible problems in engineering quality management on the basis of investigation and visit.Secondly,combining with the literature analysis and the expert discussion method,30 engineering quality management evaluation indicators were identified.Through the questionnaire survey,the engineering quality management evaluation index system of W project with 5 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators was finally determined.Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the combination weight of each level index,which makes up for the deficiency that the weight of engineering quality management evaluation index depends on subjective experience.Thirdly,according to the evaluation standard of engineering quality management,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to quantify the expert comments of qualitative indicators,and the fuzzy evaluation of the current situation of engineering quality management of the project is carried out.Based on the evaluation results,the causes of engineering quality management problems of W project are analyzed.Finally,starting from the analysis results of the evaluation of engineering quality management of W project,the PDCA cycle is used to improve the engineering quality management of W project.It also provides reference for the engineering quality management of other construction enterprises,and promotes the continuous improvement of the quality management level of the whole construction industry.
