| With the promotion of the international influence of "belt and road initiative",cooperation among countries along the road is becoming closer in the field of infrastructure.This provides opportunities for international infrastructure investment and construction enterprises.Nuclear power is an important high-tech industry while China’s has considerable production capacity at present.We have the ability of the whole industry chain,including nuclear technology,NPP construction,manufacturing,and operation services,to enter the world market.With the success of domestic enterprises in the international nuclear power market,there are challenges lied in front of overseas nuclear power construction enterprises.How to construct overseas nuclear power project better,and what kind of project management mode can meet the needs.The requirements arising from the changes in the international construction market and nuclear power EPC model are mainly analyses and categorizes in this paper.Taking C Company’s overseas nuclear power project management model as a case study,this paper summarizes the overseas nuclear power project management model.This model includes:expanded scope of limited owner responsibility model,EPC contractor as the key role of project implementation to coordinate the relevant participating organizations,expanded EPC contracts with other service contracts,efficient organizational system,professional services,and management culture.With the management mode of nuclear power project,it should be supplemented in four aspects:the establishment of overseas internationalization platform,the optimization of organization,information strategy,and industrial integration.In this way we can fully meet the needs of new nuclear power developing countries during project development and construction,such as operation and maintenance services,long-term energy policy funds,Nuclear Regulatory,nuclear safeguard,industrial chain,human resources develop and so on.. |
