| Fan coil air conditioning system is widely used in civil buildings.But in the winter use process,with the indoor air circulation heating,indoor relative humidity is low.Lead to dry air,easy to generate static electricity,human comfort is poor and even affect human health.Wet film humidifier is a humidifying device based on the principle of evaporative cooling,with good humidifying effect and almost no energy consumption.In this paper,a wet film humidifier is added in the air outlet of the fan coil system.In winter,the indoor humidification can be carried out to improve the indoor hot and humid environment,so that the indoor temperature and humidity can meet the comfort of human body.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)In order to understand the public’s satisfaction with the current indoor wet environment in winter,a survey was conducted on the indoor hot and humid environment in winter.Among252 valid questionnaires,72.62% are satisfied with indoor temperature,but only 24.6% are satisfied with indoor relative humidity,and the remaining 75.4% hope to carry out indoor humidification.The proportion of indoor humidification equipment is only 27.38%,but the humidification equipment is basically a small desk humidifier for only one person.To this part of the use of personnel investigation found that the use of small humidifier effect is limited,the overall improvement of indoor relative humidity is poor.Therefore,it is necessary to humidify the room as a whole in winter.(2)According to the economic analysis of three kinds of humidifiers that can be used in the fan coil air conditioning system: wet film humidifier,electrode humidifier and electric heat humidifier,it is concluded that the total investment of wet film humidifier is the least even in the case of frequent replacement,and it is more energy saving.And through the experimental verification of indoor humidification effect is good,can fully meet the general indoor humidity requirements.(3)An experimental platform for fan coil wet film humidifier was built.The influence of the combination of fan coil and wet film humidifier on indoor temperature and humidity field distribution was experimentally explored under several working conditions.24 measuring points are set in the indoor horizontal planes of 0.1m,0.6m,1.1m and 1.7m respectively.The uniform distribution of measuring points can well reflect the indoor temperature and humidity conditions.During the experiment,the influence of outdoor weather and other factors on the experimental results has been excluded to make the experimental results accurate and reliable.In the experiment,the distribution of indoor temperature and humidity field under different working conditions was obtained by changing the wind flow of fan coil and the mass flow of wet film water supply,and then analyzed and compared.The final determination for this fan coil wet film humidifier in the flow of 0.019kg/s to 0.047kg/s,under three wind capacity can well change the indoor humidity,and indoor temperature and humidity field distribution is more uniform,humidity increase at the same time will not have a great impact on the indoor temperature.By comparing the difference of indoor temperature and humidity before and after humidification in the appropriate flow range,the indoor relative humidity can be kept at about 50% from more than 20% before,and the maximum temperature drop of each horizontal plane in the room under this humidity is not more than 1℃.(4)Because the above experiment affects the indoor humidification effect of the factors of mutual influence,this through the experiment to affect the humidification effect of the factors of a single experiment verification.The experiment shows that in the fan coil wet film humidifier,the change of wet film feed water flow rate has the most significant effect on the indoor humidification effect,followed by the change of air volume.Through the experimental data,it is found that the humidification effect is not better when the wet film water supply is larger and the air volume is larger.Similarly,the humidification effect is not necessarily the worst when the flow is small and the air volume is small.Under large flow and large air volume,part of the water will be carried out before evaporation,thus affecting the humidification effect.Under the condition of small flow and large air volume,a part of moisture may also be directly taken out of the room,thus uneven indoor temperature and humidity distribution.At the same time,the shortcomings of this experiment are also found.The wet film thickness of 100 mm is relatively thick,which can appropriately reduce the wet film thickness and thus reduce the cost.This experiment can provide a selection reference for the wet film humidification of fan coil units and have a good reference for the wet film water supply,pipe diameter size,pump size,etc. |
