Cement concrete pavement is widely used in tunnel pavement at home and abroad.With the rapid development of China’s economy,tunnel cement concrete pavement is confronted with the test of large flow,fast speed and heavy load,which speeds up the wear resistance attenuation of the pavement.At the same time,noise and glare have become the new indexes that affect the comfort of tunnel pavement.Therefore,the research on skid resistance and wear resistance,noise reduction and anti-dazzling function of cement concrete pavement and the development of new cement concrete pavement have become the basic requirements for optimizing the performance of tunnel cement concrete pavement.Aiming at the above problems,the following research work was carried out based on Self-Compacting Concrete(SCC)chip-sprinkling cement concrete pavement:(1)Based on the analysis of the relevant performance requirements of the constituent materials of the SCC chip-sprinkling pavement,the trial design method was used to design the benchmark mix ratio,and the mechanical properties and working performance of the concrete were verified by the uniaxial compressive strength test,flexural strength test,and bending test.Based on the technique of chip-sprinkling on chip-sprinkling cement concrete pavement,the control parameters of chip-sprinkling were determined,and the key construction steps of chip-sprinkling were designed.(2)This paper analyzes the influence of different control parameters of chip-sprinkling process on the evaluation index of skid resistance and wear resistance of plant stone cement concrete.The optimum control parameters of technology about chip-sprinkling were determined by British Pendulum Number,domestic sand-laying method and Cantabro test.According to the relationship between the surface characteristics of tunnel pavement and the mechanism of skid resistance and wear resistance,the evaluation index system of skid resistance and wear resistance of chip-sprinkling cement concrete pavement was established.(3)Based on the causes of glare and the noise of tunnel pavement,the noise reduction test of chip-sprinkling cement concrete pavement was designed by using the method of tire falling method,and the relationship between different parameters of the construction technology about chip-sprinkling cement concrete pavement and the noise reduction effect of pavement was analyzed to determine the best gradation.The light reflection of chip-sprinkling cement concrete pavement and other pavements is compared and analyzed to verify the anti-dazzling function of chip-sprinkling cement concrete pavement by the principle of light dispersion.Through a large number of experiments,the benchmark mix ratio of the SCC required by the test was calculated.Then,under the same technological conditions,research shows that:when the material is diabase,stone size is 13.2mm;the spread area of stone is 40%;when the stone pressing depth is 0.8;the pendulum value(friction coefficient)and construction depth of the cement concrete panel are maximized,and the skid resistance performance and wear resistance performance is the best;the noise reduction and glare resistance effect are the most obvious.The results show that compared with the traditional cement concrete pavement,the pavement performance of SCC chip-sprinkling pavement has been improved,which provides theoretical basis and application reference for the promotion of SCC chip-sprinkling pavement.
