Empirical Analysis Of Human Factors In Construction Quality Accidents Based On HFACS Model

With the policy of one belt,one road,it is just the same as China’s process of urbanization.The role of construction industry in national economy is becoming more and more important.From the perspective of data analysis,the proportion of output value of construction industry and construction employees are showing a steady upward trend.However,behind the rapid development,there will inevitably be some hidden dangers,such as blind pursuit of construction progress and construction project quality accidents.Quality accident refers to the fact that an object cannot meet its basic use requirements or degree of use,resulting in economic losses or even casualties,or other accidents.At this stage,although our country has been out of the era of frequent construction quality accidents,but the current situation is not optimistic.Therefore,the research on how to improve the construction quality of construction project is a very necessary and practical research.At present,most scholars’ research perspectives are from the perspectives of technology or management and internal control to study how to improve the construction quality of construction projects.However,due to the large number of personnel involved in the construction industry,this paper mainly takes the individual behavior angle as the entry point to perform the impact of human factor on the construction quality of construction projects.This study is an extended model based on the traditional HFACS model.According to the methods of literature analysis and expert interview,the traditional HFACS model is extended to five elements.It is divided into five structural elements:social environment factors,organizational structure influence,on-site supervision,preconditions and the behavior of construction personnel.By integrating the existing literature,combining with the suggestions of practitioners and experts,the open-loop analysis method is used to sort out and feedback these suggestions.Fifteen forms of five structural elements will be confirmed through consistency test,so as to establish the Research Institute of this paper Based on the extended HFACS-S model framework,this paper investigates human factor.Secondly,from 2014 to 2019,100 quality accidents and 15 professional families are selected to analyze the deformation forms of these quality accidents,and determine the frequency and frequency of each form according to the analysis structure.According to the frequency and frequency obtained,chi square analysis and concession ratio analysis are used to determine whether there is a direct impact relationship between the five levels of HFACS-S.The results show that the second level of process management will have a direct impact on the third level of design work,management and regulatory violations.The third level of design work will have a direct impact on the fourth level of operator status,the third level of management and regulatory violations will have a direct impact on the fourth level of environmental status.The operator status of the fourth level has a direct impact on all forms of the fifth level.Then,this paper uses the method of questionnaire,using structural equation to process the results of the questionnaire data.The results show that the influence relationship among different levels has passed the significance test of structural equation,in which the influence factor of design work on operator state is 0.4;the influence factor of operator status on cognitive error is as high as 0.44;the influence factor of operator status on accidental violation is 0.4 3.The impact factor of illegal regulation on the environment was the highest,reaching 0.47;although the impact factor of other forms was not up to 0.4,it was higher than 0.2,which passed the significance test.At present,China is in the ranks of developing countries.Therefore,vigorously developing the economy is the most important strategic goal at present.However,how to reduce the negative effects caused by high-speed development as far as possible is also an important objective at this stage.Through a series of analysis,this paper finally returns to the five structural elements of HFACS-S,and proposes to establish five dimensions according to the structural elements.In terms of social environment,it mainly puts forward two aspects:strengthening the government’s supervision behavior and punishment;on the organizational structure level,it mainly puts forward three suggestions,namely,strengthening the enterprise’s cultural construction,establishing a good process feedback mechanism,and guaranteeing the personnel,materials and machines in the construction process;on-site supervision level,it also puts forward three suggestions,namely,establishing a good system In order to strengthen the supervision effect,we should pay close attention to the physical and psychological state of the staff,and maintain a good working environment.For the illegal behavior,we also put forward two suggestions,The first is to improve the knowledge and skills of employees,the second is to correct the illegal habits of employees.
