Among the typical topologies of switching power supplies,the single-ended isolated flyback converters,as a power topology with a simple circuit structure and relatively low price,has a wide range of engineering application prospects.When the output power requirement is not too large,and the output current is low,the flyback converter is often listed as the first choice.In view of the many advantages of the above-mentioned switching power supply,this article conducts an in-depth study on the single-ended isolated Flyback DC-DC converter.The structure and working process of the flyback converter circuit are introduced in detail;the working principle of each unit circuit and the derivation calculation of related parameters are deeply analyzed.The main work of the thesis includes:Firstly,the background and significance of the topic are introduced,the research status of switching power supply is introduced in general,and the development trend of switching power supply is analyzed and summarized.Secondly,the related theories of switching converter design are analyzed and summarized,and an overall design scheme of single-ended isolated Flyback converter is proposed.The linear power supply and the switching power supply are compared and analyzed,and their respective working principles,advantages and disadvantages are explained,and the reasons for this difference are analyzed in depth.The basic theory of pulse width modulation(PWM)and the common classification methods of switching power supplies are briefly introduced;several power circuits involved in the system design plan are analyzed in detail,and the feedback control mode based on the power circuit gives the overall system Design.Then,according to the design scheme given in this article,the hardware circuit design of the flyback converter is completed;the structure and working principle of each unit circuit in the flyback converter are analyzed in detail,and the matters needing attention in the design of related circuits are given.Finally,the production of the system prototype was completed,the system prototype was tested,and the measurement results were analyzed in theory. |
