With the rapid development of China’s economy,the problem of building energy consumption is becoming more and more serious.In the global environment of advocating green environmental protection,China is attaching more and more importance to green building.Energy saving of prefabricated buildings mainly depends on external wall insulation,which is divided into external insulation,internal insulation and sandwich insulation.Sandwich insulation can not only meet the 65%requirements of building energy saving,but also meet the requirements of prefabricated buildings.Fitting is one of the most important part of the sandwich wallboard,mainly divided into metal fittings,nonmetal fittings fitting and concrete solid area,relative to other two kinds of fitting concrete solid regional connections with shear stiffness big,combination degree is high,reduce the wall thickness,saving money on materials and construction etc.,this article will mainly study with solid areas of concrete sandwich wall thermal performance and combination,in building energy efficiency and portfolio performance to seek a balance,so that both can satisfy the requirement of building energy efficiency and can meet its combination.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)based on the heat transfer theory,the heat transfer coefficient equilibrium equation of sandwich wallboard with concrete solid area is established.The influence factors of the thermal performance of the sandwich wallboard in the concrete solid area were analyzed and studied:the influence of the number of concrete solid areas,the thickness of insulation layer and the thickness of inner and outer leaves on the heat transfer coefficient of the sandwich wallboard in the concrete solid area was analyzed.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors,the relation of the maximum heat bridge ratio of the sandwich wall with concrete solid area is obtained on the basis of satisfying the building energy saving.(2)by analyzing the dew-forming problem of sandwich wallboard with concrete solid area in five regions:cold region,cold region,hot summer and cold region,hot summer and warm region and mild region,the applicable scope of sandwich wallboard with concrete solid area in five regions of China is given by calculating the dew-forming problem in each region.(3)using the ABAQUS finite element software with concrete solid area combined characteristics of sandwich panel is studied,and analysis of the number of different concrete solid area,inside and outside the leaf thickness affect the performance of the combination of the wallboard,and by using data obtained from 1 stopt to ABAQUS finite element software with McCourt and general global optimization method to simulate the optimization algorithm,it is concluded that the combination of sandwich wall panel with concrete solid regions degrees than the calculation formula and thermal bridge.(4)according to ABAQUS finite element software,analyze the internal force factors of inner and outer leaves of sandwich wallboard with concrete solid area,obtain the internal force of inner and outer leaves under different factors,and obtain the distribution law of internal force of inner and outer leaves under each factor.An example is given to calculate the reinforcement of inner and outer leaves according to the internal force of inner and outer leaves.
