| Open winding permanent magnet synchronous motor with high power density,high efficiency,high reliability advantages,to meet the needs of the high voltage high power of run,widely used in various fields such as electric cars.Coordinated by the double inverter power supply control,flexible and reliable,and has brought more possibilities for the control strategy of the improvement.In recent years,the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive winding layer to see new control strategy,the rose is the control strategy and experimental conditions of test requirements.Test of new control strategies need to be done in a variety of conditions control experiment,due to open a winding parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor entity ontology is difficult to change,adjust the mechanical load time-consuming to wait for a reason,the total cost improved.The test for the control strategy of the comprehensive test become certain difficulty.To solve above problems,this dissertation puts forward using power electronic load simulation port characteristic of open winding permanent magnet synchronous motor test,the control strategy of the motor to replace entity by digital virtual machine to solve the motor running state and feedback in the form of data,the system of motor parameters and load numerical flexible adjustable,can simulate a variety of operating conditions,save test time,and energy supply to motor controller gives us net recovery,reduce test cost.This dissertation summarizes the basic principle of power electronics and motor load port simulation,permanent magnet synchronous motor noumenon and split winding double inverter control system structure and characteristics are analyzed,mathematical model of open winding permanent magnet synchronous motor under different coordinate system is derived.Discretization algorithm for motor model experiments,the experimental results show that two step modeling Adams method is used to solve the error less than 1%.Discretization modeling of open winding permanent magnet synchronous motor.According to the characteristic of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive winding structure is put forward based on the principle of vector conversion is simulated dual port features of power.Design of no beat control instruction current tracking strategy,voltage and current double closed-loop grid-connection control strategy of control system.The simulation of the whole system set up and the relevant simulation experiments on Simulink of Matlab platform.The experimental results show that motor real-time simulator solving state steady relative error less than 1%,the dynamic relative error less than 5%,power electronic load ports and standard motor characteristic curve fitting,basic system interconnection THD value is less than 5%,the accuracy of the simulation is verified port features and the feasibility of the control strategy.Design test,drive and other auxiliary hardware circuit,software design based on TMS320F28335,set up the system hardware experiment platform for functional verification.Simulation and hardware experiment results show the correctness and feasibility of the design in this dissertation. |
