In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,globalization is the general trend of enterprise development,and the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In addition,Chinese enterprises are also facing competition from foreign enterprises.With the development of globalization,there is a sharp contradiction between the growth of transportation capacity and transportation demand in China’s ocean transportation market,which makes the market environment of ocean transportation enterprises more and more severe.In this situation,ocean transportation enterprises need to analyze their own development situation,so as to formulate a suitable competitive strategy for their own development,provide the most feasible safeguard measures for their development,and deal with the cruel market competition,increase their economic benefits and enhance their development ability.For SDHY company,the main advantages are:deep cultivation of "big customers",adhere to steady development,innovation of business model,collaborative development of industry and finance,optimization of management mode,realization of fine management.attention to enterprise safety in production,adhere to improve the overall innovation ability of the enterprise,create a cultural value system,and reshape a good brand image.The main disadvantages are:affected by the cyclical industry,the ability to resist risks needs to be strengthened,the pressure of cash flow is large,the debt structure needs to be optimized,the market adaptability is not strong,the core competitiveness needs to be improved,the development of talent team is slow,the current management system of the enterprise is not perfect,the overall innovation ability is low,and the enterprise should also improve the digital and information level of managementIn this paper,EFE matrix is used to analyze the key external factors and quantify the external opportunities and threats;IFE matrix is used to analyze the key internal factors and quantify the internal strengths and weaknesses;SWOT matrix is used to analyze the combination of opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses and formulate the alternative strategies that can be adopted;QSPM is used to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses The matrix optimizes the alternative strategies and determines that SDHY’s ocean transportation business should mainly adopt "differentiated competition strategy"In order to ensure the implementation of "differentiated competition strategy",two main implementation measures,service differentiation and channel differentiation,are proposed.In this paper,large and medium-sized domestic and foreign resource and energy enterprises are selected as the research objects.Most of these enterprises will take the shareholders or the original units as the basis of development.This paper carries out a comprehensive study on these enterprises,and further improves the quality of ocean transportation service,improves the safety of service,and makes the service more convenient by analyzing the characteristics of the customer groups in the target market,so that the enterprises can continuously expand their competitive advantages in the market and develop rapidly To expand and achieve the strategic development goals set by the enterprise.From the perspective of corporate culture,human resources,financial financing and safety production,this paper puts forward various specific safeguard measures,so as to ensure the effective implementation and landing of the strategy,which is helpful for SDHY’s ocean transportation business to maintain a continuous leading position in the industry.The innovation of this paper lies in the pertinence of the research object.Through the in-depth case analysis of SDHY company,we can analyze the actual situation of the development of China’s ocean shipping industry in recent years from the perspective of enterprise operation.Through the detailed research,we can also know the common problems existing in the development process of similar enterprises,which provides a relatively reliable research basis for the practice and research in related fields It is of practical significance for SDHY company to formulate and implement its competitive strategy for ocean shipping business,and for the same type of ocean shipping enterprises and similar enterprises.
