It is well known that wind loads are an external horizontal load that buildings often experience.Throughout the ages,wind loads have brought some economic losses to human beings,and sometimes even threatened life.Reinforced concrete(RC)biased column is one of the most important bearing members in buildings.Under the wind load,due to the uncertainty of the direction of the wind,the column tends to be biased and biased.status.If the load-bearing force is still designed and calculated only by the biased force member,the structure may be unsafe.At present,there is relatively little research on the reliability of bearing capacity of RC biased members,and the relevant laws have not been fully revealed.Based on this,this paper considers the random characteristics of the partial damage and the eccentricity,and calculates and analyzes the reliability of the representative column in the typical RC rule frame model by Monte Carlo method.The main tasks completed are as follows:(1)Introduce and analyze the eccentric compression of reinforced concrete and the calculation method of bearing capacity of tensile members in Chinese code;then introduce the corresponding relationship between reliability index and failure probability and calculate the reliability method which is often used at present.-The central point method,the checkpoint(JC)method,and the Monte Carlo method were introduced separately and their advantages and disadvantages were described.The reliability calculation of reinforced concrete eccentric columns is introduced.According to the reliability calculation of reinforced concrete eccentric columns,the program editing is carried out by using MATLAB software.Finally,the self-programming calculation program is introduced.(2)Through the MATLAB mathematical analysis software and the probability model of combined load,the number of times the column is eccentrically pulled under different load ratios is counted,and the random characteristics of the eccentricity are analyzed.The analysis shows that when the horizontal load and the vertical load are When the ratio exceeds-0.4,the number of times the column is subjected to eccentric tension is significantly increased.When the horizontal load and vertical load ratio exceeds-0.5,the number of times the column is subjected to eccentric tension is basically linear,which also indicates the eccentricity.It does not completely obey the normal distribution,and its distribution has a certain complexity.(3)Three kinds of RC structural models,two frame structure models and one aqueduct frame structure model were established by ETABS,and the RC column resistance under fixed stress state and the RC column resistance under uncertain stress conditions were calculated respectively.The analysis shows that it is considered that the tensile failure may have a greater impact on the random characteristic of the eccentricity.In addition,the reliability of the wind bearing capacity of the representative column is calculated according to different situations in which the most unfavorable wind direction and other winds are considered downward.Through analysis,it is found that the reliability of bearing capacity of RC columns considering fixed eccentricity is overestimated compared with the reliability index of RC columns under random eccentricity.
