CRB735 cold-rolled rib high-strength reinforcement is a new type of high-strength reinforcement with high yield strength of 735MPa,good ductility,stable performance,good welding performance and good plasticity,and has good application potential in practical projects such as large span,super high-rise,heavy load and bridge.At present,the research on high strength reinforcement is mainly focused on 500MPa、600MPa.For higher strength level reinforcement,there is often less research on other mechanical properties due to the particularity of its production process and many limitations.In addition,the existing specifications in China have not been stipulated for the reinforcement with a strength above 500MPa,so in order to promote the application of this new high-strength reinforcement in the engineering field,the paper mainly focuses on the stress performance of CRB735 high-strength reinforced concrete column.The research on this subject will provide a theoretical basis and test basis for the application of 735MPa reinforcement.This paper mainly the test research and simulation analysis of 735MPa high strength reinforced concrete column.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The eccentric compression test of 735MPa reinforced concrete column was conducted.Taking the eccentricity distance and the longitudinal tendon strength as the experimental research parameters,the bearing capacity,damage form,stress mechanism and the strength play degree of the longitudinal tendon were studied in the concrete.(2)The numerical model of 735MPa high-strength reinforced concrete bias column is established and verified for its accuracy.Based on the basis of the test parameters,the influence of the concrete strength,eccentric distance,longitudinal strength and reinforcement ratio on the mechanical properties of 735MPa and the bearing capacity,damage form,stress mechanism and strength of the high strength reinforced concrete in concrete.(3)Using the established numerical model of 735MPa high strength reinforced concrete bias column,the parameter analysis of axial compression column at 0 systematically studied the influence of concrete strength,longitudinal reinforcement reinforcement rate,longitudinal reinforcement strength,volume hoop strength,and other parameters on the mechanical properties of 735MPa high strength reinforced concrete axial compression column.The bearing capacity,bearing mechanism and longitudinal reinforcement strength of 735MPa high-strength reinforced concrete shaft compression column were studied.(4)The data obtained through experimental research and numerical simulation analysis,calculated according to the calculation formula of eccentric compression column of Chinese and foreign concrete structure design specifications,compared the calculation results with the test simulation results,and verified the applicability of Code for Concrete Structure Design GB50010-2010 to 735MPa reinforcement.
