Study On Quality Index Evaluation System Of The High-Speed Train

With the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" and "The Belt and Road" national strategy,China began to focus on improving the competitiveness of Chinese companies in the international arena.In 2016,The Ministry of Science and Technology proposed a series of common technology research and application topics to improve the level of National Quality Infrastructure(NQI)in China.One of an important topic is to build the in-service quality characterization system for major complex electromechanical systems.High-speed train are typical representatives of complex electromechanical systems and are also the embodiment of China’s strong industrial level.As a "golden business card" that China has shown to the world,its research and development and manufacturing have been fully realized.However,Relevant high-speed train operating enterprise are still lacking some standards to guide their operation and maintenance.In particular,the evaluation criteria for the overall quality(system level)of high-speed train in service period are not perfect or even blank.This paper mainly takes high-speed train and their subsystems as research objects.Research on the establishment method of the quality evaluation system for the in-service of high speed train.In this paper,a suitable quality evaluation system for the in-service of high speed train will be built.Meanwhile,an appropriate new multi-criteria decision making(MCDM)model will be proposed.At last,two simulation cases were used to prove the practicability of the model.The evaluation system constructed can reflect the quality level of in-service of high speed train and its degradation trend.It also can provide basis for medium-and long-term operation and maintenance decisions of high speed train.
