| High-speed train is a complex equipment that combines multiple physical processes such as machine,electricity,liquid,light,information and multi-unit technology into electromechanical carriers to form an overall function.It is an important task to evaluate the service quality of high-speed trains.How to carry out scientific and effective The assessment is inconclusive.In order to ensure safe,reliable and efficient operation of vehicles,timely elimination of potential faults,effective prevention of accidents,avoiding economic losses and casualties,it is necessary to speed up the establishment and improvement of the service quality index assessment system,and to develop corresponding technical standards and maintenance work specifications.This paper makes some meaningful attempts in the establishment of high-speed train service quality evaluation system and performance evaluation.The service quality evaluation involves the vehicle operating status and operational safety,and is used to evaluate vehicle health and fault tracking.This paper first describes the calculation method of system performance evaluation,and then introduces an improved multi-criteria decision-making method,and explains its basic ideas and calculation steps in the case of comprehensive evaluation of automobile performance.The method excludes the subjectivity of the expert scoring judgment,can directly calculate the coefficient of variation of the performance index score,and then assigns the index criterion weight in the evaluation system,and then uses the Gaussian value function to dimensionlessly process the data,and finally uses the weighted sum model to generate The overall performance score is used to evaluate the overall performance of the car.The results show that the study can be used for the comprehensive performance evaluation of electromechanical systems.China’s high-speed train research started late,coupled with the limited number of inspection stations and imperfect testing equipment,resulting in a poor quality service system for high-speed trains.This paper refers to the construction method and steps of the automotive service performance evaluation system,collects relevant standards for high-speed train performance testing at home and abroad and the corresponding testing specifications of the Ministry of Railways,and builds a high-speed train service quality evaluation system.According to the limit values of the national standard,combined with the high-speed train service inspection data,the wheel wear and stability data of the high-speed train are calculated and analyzed,and the wear and stability performance index is obtained.The results show that the multi-criteria decision-making method is simple and reasonable,and can be used to evaluate train service performance.This study provides a reference for the evaluation of service performance of high-speed trains. |
