In recent years,the analysis and design of electric tractor transmission system needs to be picked up,the process of agricultural mechanization in our country is speeding up step by step,the small and mediumsized tractors have gained more and more users' favor because of their convenient and quick performance advantages.With the increasing market share of small and medium-sized tractors,the tractors with traditional performance have become more and more unable to keep up with the needs of farmers.Research and development of a small electric tractor with simple structure and high cost-to-performance ratio can meet the needs of the field.The actual demand for small-scale agricultural production,such as vegetable and fruit greenhouses,will become more and more necessary.The main function of tractor drive system is to transfer energy torque to Wheels and farm tools,therefore,are the basis for tractor advance and operation.Drive system and motor make up power system,power system has many possible structure forms.The torque force and the torsion energy of the parts in the transmission system are relatively large.It is one of the main problems to be solved in the design of the transmission system to release the torque energy in an inappropriate way.The tractor has more power output than other vehicles,and the power operation needs continuous torque output,which highlights the need to control the transmission system.In the design of Chu,first of all,aiming at the existing mature tractor machinery system internal principles and structures carried out deep into.The key parts of clutch and reducer assembly are analyzed,and the working principle and mechanical structure of reducer assembly are described in detail by taking the reducer of Dongfeng 140 of agricultural vehicle as an example.Through the analysis and comparison,the switched reluctance motor(SRM)is chosen as the power source of the drive system of electric tractor.The SRM has good speed regulation ability and mature electronic control system.It can completely replace the effective function of traditional tractor gearbox and clutch,and can satisfy the design idea of transmission system which is used to combine SRM with drive axle in electric tractor.Depending on the size of the selection The model parameters of the tractor and the small rotary tiller are used to calculate the required SRM power and other effective data.According to the calculation results,the transmission system design mode of direct combination of motor and rear axle is adopted.This paper analyzes and designs the whole transmission mechanism of power output from SRM to tractor rear drive wheel forward and power output shaft,determines the composition of the whole system that needs to be designed,and makes every important gear in it.Shaft and bearing and other parts of the design model and size parameters.The whole system of the transmission system of a new type of pure electric tractor has been established.And then through the CAD software to draw part of the design drawings,At the same time,the assembly drawing of the whole system is designed and completed.In order to check the accuracy of each parameter of electric tractor transmission system,a three-dimensional model is established by using Solidworks software and the parameters of CAD part drawing and assembly drawing designed.The mechanical simulation of each model is carried out by finite element analysis(simulation),and each model is simulated by finite element analysis(simulation).The data of stress,displacement,deformation and safety factor are obtained to judge the rationality of the position of the parts.According to the analysis results,the designed size and data are modified,and the parameters of the parts of the whole transmission system are optimized,and the parameters of the parts and components of the whole transmission system are optimized.To make the parts of the design interact with each other The optimal match can be achieved between them.Through the analysis,the design of the parameters reaches the expected value.Theoretically,the design of electric tractor transmission system is determined to meet the design requirements and be able to achieve its due function.
