| China’s rapid development of civil aviation,to ensure flight safety is the premise of civil aviation development. At present, civil aviation radio in communications, navigation, surveillance is widely used,is the modern civil aviation flight "eye" and "ear",for the protection of flight safety plays an irreplaceable role, but for various reasons, civil aviation radio interference events occur from time to time.Seriously affect the safety of flight. Therefore, the rapid detection of civil aviation radio interference is of great significance to ensure the safety of civil aviation flights. At present, the civil aviation radio interference detection is mainly based on the traditional ground two-dimensional monitoring, due to ground obstructions, radio waves exist refraction, reflection and other phenomena, more dependent on the experience of the investigators, the detection efficiency is low.The use of UAVs for airborne radio monitoring has certain advantages over traditional ground-based 2D monitoring and manned aircraft monitoring. At present, our team has initially completed the construction of the UAV monitoring platform and verified the superiority of airborne radio monitoring, but the positioning process is not perfect, and the existing positioning process is to calculate the location of the interference source through the positioning algorithm first, and then go to the 2D map to find the corresponding location. This paper mainly optimizes the positioning link of the UAV monitoring platform, using three-dimensional GIS(Geographic Information System)combined with cross-location algorithms to integrate the positioning display process;at the same time, using the advantage that three-dimensional GIS can display elevation information to directly locate the threedimensional location of the interference source, improving the efficiency of radio exclusion. This paper firstly introduces the background significance of the study and the current status of domestic and foreign research;briefly introduces the civil aviation radio and interference sources and deduces the multi-point cross-location algorithm;briefly outlines the GIS technology, including the functional characteristics of GIS and common development methods, and selects the appropriate development technology through comparative analysis; In response to the problem that there is no systematic geographic model data available for 3D GIS at this stage, this paper uses the advantages of Sketch Up’s fine modeling and low hands-on difficulty to achieve a 3D geographic reconstruction of some areas of the Civil Aviation Flight University of China. After that, this paper made a simple analysis of the software requirements, determined several major functions to be achieved by this software, realized the functions based on Google Earth COM API and KML development technology, completed the development of the software, and finally tested the software to basically achieve the expected goal.At present, the application of three-dimensional GIS in civil aviation radio monitoring is relatively small. This paper basically realizes the progress of radio interference sources in civil aviation from two-dimensional positioning to three-dimensional positioning through the secondary development of Google Earth, which has certain engineering application value for improving the efficiency of civil aviation radio interference investigation. |
