With the continuous development of the civil aviation industry, the number of routes and passenger aircraft has increased year by year, and ensuring operational safety is a theme that every civil aviation person cannot ignore. The flight style of a pilot is closely related to operational safety, and the more important part of the flight style is the requirement for selfdiscipline.During the student period,we should begin to focus on the cultivation of selfdiscipline. Therefore,it is more meaningful to explore students’ attitudes towards self-discipline.First of all,in order to explore the implicit self-discipline attitude of student pilots, this study adopts the implicit association test as the evaluation scheme of the experimental paradigm, and 125 student pilots are invited to participate in the experiment.Through the correlation analysis between the student’s self-discipline score and the effect value of the implicit association test,it was found that r=0.743,p=0.006(p<0.05),which verified the effectiveness of this program.According to the response time results obtained by the subjects,it is found that the average response time(1081.38±106.05)of the incompatible task of the entire group of subjects is longer than the response time of the compatible task(865.73±88.87),and the overall implicit association test effect value of the subjects It is 215.66±92.87,and p=0.013(p<0.05),the effect value is positive, showing a significant level, indicating that the subjects as a whole have a positive implicit attitude towards self-discipline.However,there is little difference in the IAT effect value between different classes, and there is no significant effect, indicating that there is no difference in the subjects’ implicit self-discipline attitude among the classes. Then,it explores the apparent self-discipline attitude of the student pilots. This study uses a self-compiled questionnaire on the self-discipline of the student pilots for evaluation.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, four dimensions of self-discipline ability of the pilots are finally established: preset goals, perseverance, moral cognition, and self-regulation.The total reliability coefficient of this questionnaire is 0.895,the reliability coefficient of each dimension is between 0.831-0.873,the correlation coefficient between each factor is between0.156-0.482,and the correlation coefficient between each factor and the total score is between0.768-0.819(p <0.01),indicating that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. It can be used as a questionnaire to evaluate the self-discipline ability of flight students. The analysis of the results of the questionnaire found that the trainees showed a positive attitude bias in the moral cognitive dimension, while a neutral attitude in the preset goal dimension. In the evaluation of students’ attitudes among different grades, the positive attitudes of the secondyear students are better than those of the other three grades, and the third-year students have a neutral attitude. The correlation coefficient between the evaluation results of explicit and implicit self-discipline attitudes r = 0.320,p = 0.035(p<0.05),indicating that the two evaluation methods have low correlation and show significant differences.Because the implicit evaluation program has good effectiveness,it can more accurately evaluate the students’ implicit self-discipline attitude. However, there is a low correlation between explicit evaluation and implicit evaluation,so it can be inferred that students may have deceived and false reports in the process of explicit evaluation, resulting in a certain difference in the results of the two evaluation methods. |
