As long as the improvement of manufacture accuracy and the degree of automation, especially the development of aviation, automobile and mould industry, they are more and more in urgent need of higher precision and quicker CMM system for free surface measurement.The paper mainly assesses the precision of the non-contact CMM and use valid method to improve.The main work in the dissertation is arranged as follows:(1) Analying influence factors of laser probe measuring accuracy.lt brings forward some methods to reduce error of measurement by analying whether surface is inclined or not and different colours.(2) The author individual checks the transmission error of X,Y and Z axis boll screw, and then compensates it.(3) The author uses software compensation method to compensate the CMM system error.The author writes error compensation program.According to the measuring software, the author uses visual C++6.0 to write error compensation program.After test, the error compensation program works well.(4) Analysis the species and cause of CMM dynamic errors, founding the transformation model of airframe structure dynamic deformation and displacement error, pointing out probe, s displacement error brought by airframe structure dynamic deformation not only have something to do with measurement speed but also immediately have something to do with probe place, providing the theoretical basis for spatial correlation of CMM dynamic error.
