| In recent years,the rapid development of information technology also leads to the increasingly mature and perfect of various precision guided weapons in the military field.Under this background,all countries begin to attach importance to the research of guidance technology.At present,as a simple and efficient passive jamming method,smokescreen release technology is widely applied in the camouflage and shielding of targets on the battlefield,and can confuse the detection system of the enemy,playing a role of good defense and protection of targets.Polyol mist is a new passive interference technology,which has excellent extinction effect on both light and infrared light.In this paper,the fogging process of polyols is studied.According to natural fogging and artificial fogging,the fogging mechanism of polyols under thermal fogging is explained.The principle of screening polyols and additives was determined,the formulation of fogging agent was designed and optimized.The best formulae were:glycerol 16.75wt%,triethylene glycol 1.02wt%,polyethylene glycol 2.33wt%,water 77.82wt%,ethanol 0.36wt%,amyl butyrate 0.80wt%,ammonium bicarbonate 0.92wt%.The phase change process of polyol mist in space was analyzed through experiments,and the particle size range of the final formation droplets was 0.38-5.59μm,with a neutral pH.Combined with the experiment and aerosol theory,several main factors affecting the formation and dissipation of polyols mist were verified.The results showed that the effect of polyols mist formation was mainly related to ambient temperature and humidity.In this paper,in the self-made smoke box(2.16m3),the visible light test system and infrared light test system were used to test the transmittance of water mist and polyols mist to visible and infrared light respectively,and the mass extinction coefficient was calculated.Based on the optical propagation theory,the extinction mechanism of polyols mist is analyzed,and the extinction model of polyols mist is established.Under the environmental conditions of 25℃ and 40%RH,the mass extinction coefficients of the polyols mist in visible light,middle infrared and far infrared were 0.697 m2·g-1,0.873 m2·g-1 and 0.630 m2·g-1,respectively.The addition of the polyols and additive components could greatly enhance the extinction performance of the water mist.The dispersion process of the polyols mist was tested in the smoke box.The polyols mist with the concentration of 4.63 g·m-3 could maintain the transmission rate of less than 50%for as long as 180 min,with excellent stability.In this paper,a dynamic extinction test was carried out in a closed space with a volume of 2500 m3 for the growth process of the polyols mist.The experimental results show that when the fog-making concentration in space is 0.384 g·m-3,it can effectively cover the imaging of the visible light target over 5 m away,and the test temperature of infrared heat source with a distance of 10m was lowered from 53.4℃ before fogging to 44.6℃ after fogging,indicating that the polyols mist can effectively shield visible light test target and infrared heat source and has excellent dynamic extinction performance. |
