This paper prepares the process of melt blending,granulating and blowing the film with poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT),polylactic acid(PLA)and xylan(Xylan)as the main raw materials.A PBAT/PLA composite film and a PBAT/PLA/Xylan composite film were obtained.The main packaging properties such as tensile strength,elongation at break,and barrier properties of oxygen and water vapor were tested and studied.The composite film materials are all degradable materials,in line with the development theory of green packaging,and provide a certain reference for the combined application of hemicellulose and bio-based plastics.The PBAT/PLA composite film was prepared by using the chain extender gJoncryl ADR 4368 as a reaction compatibilizer and polybutylene dioxide/butylene terephthalate(PBAT)and polylactic acid(PLA)as raw materials.Based on this,the packaging properties of the composite films under different ratios were studied and discussed.The results show that the addition of PLA improves the mechanical properties,barrier properties and optical properties of the film.With the increase of PLA content(10wt%-50wt%),the tensile strength of the composite film is greatly improved,and the elongation at break is reduced to some extent.The oxygen barrier capacity,water vapor barrier ability and light transmittance of the composite film increase with the increase of PLA content.The silane coupling agent KH560 was used as a modifier to modify xylan,and xylan and modified xylan were used as the additive phase.The fixed PBAT/PLA ratio was 7/3.PBAT/PLA/Xylan composite film and PBAT/PLA/S-Xylan composite film were prepared,and the main packaging properties of the composite film with different xylan addition amounts were tested.The results showed that the modified xylan composite film was better than modified.The tensile strength of the S-Xylan/PBAT/PLA composite film reached the maximum when the S-Xylan content was 1 wt%,which was 21.420MPa,which was an 11.7%improvement over the unadded film,while the tensile strength of the PBAT/PLA/Xylan composite film Keep decreasing.The elongation at break of the film decreased,but the elongation at break of the modified xylan composite film was significantly larger than that of the unmodified xylan composite film.The oxygen permeability coefficient of the film of the composite film is the lowest when the S-Xylan content is 1wt%,and the corresponding oxygen permeability coefficient is 2.852×10-14·cm3·cm/(m2·s·Pa),which is higher than that of the original film.The oxygen permeability coefficient was reduced by 32.7%,which was 26.4%lower than that of the composite film when Xylan was added at 1 wt%.The moisture barrier ability of the composite film decreased,but the moisture resistance of the modified xylan composite film was significantly better than that of the unmodified xylan composite film.The addition amount of xylan had no significant effect on the light transmittance of the film,but the haze of the composite film increased with the increase of xylan content.With the performance analysis,it can be determined that the optimum addition amount of S-Xylan in the composite film is 1%.
