In response to the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Development of General Aviation Industry" to support the development goal of cargo UAV in the field of general aviation, relying on the "Low-altitude Flight Service Technical Standard Specification Research"(GKG201402002)project undertaken by the instructor project team,From the research on how to avoid illegal flight of unmanned cargo aircraft in urban areas and prevent the collision of cargo UAV with obstacles in urban areas, and propose a route planning method to ensure the safe and orderly operation of cargo UAV at low altitude in cities.Based on the research of the existing civil UAV policy, this paper first analyzes and studies the optimal route planning algorithm and route network optimization method, and regards illegal flight and avoiding sensitive airspace and obstacles as the focus and difficulty of the research.By comparing and analyzing the current route planning methods and route network planning schemes, the low-altitude 3D model database of Jiangbei District,Chongqing City was constructed on the geographic information system(GIS)platform, which realized the 3D visualization of sensitive airspace, and proposed improved A*(A-Star)algorithm for route planning technology path, combined with urban low-altitude flight environment attribute data to design the route network of the unmanned cargo aircraft, use the double-layer planning model to optimize the route network, and verify the safety of the unmanned cargo aircraft operation through simulation flight safety and feasibility. This paper proposes to improve the traditional A* algorithm from three aspects:improving node expansion direction, target visibility judgment and designing and selecting the node algorithm to be expanded, and comparing the calculation results before and after the algorithm improvement, the optimal route planning method is selected. Then use the location service based(LBS)big data large city cluster activity intelligence early warning platform to extract the geospatial data of the urban hot spot distribution area, use the favorable factors of the city’s low altitude, adjust the route, and build the route network. Finally,a route network optimization method is proposed to establish a two-level programming model to improve the efficiency of logistics enterprises. The optimization results presented in this paper have passed the safety verification of flight simulation on Arc GIS software.Through the comparative analysis of the research results and the simulation flight verification on Arc GIS software, the improved algorithm has faster calculation speed and higher planning accuracy. The proposed route adjustment plan and route network optimization method are reasonable and safe, and can directly provide routes to logistics enterprises.Proposal.This topic can provide support for the research on the application of unmanned cargo aircraft in urban low-altitude applications.
