Traffic accessibility is a comprehensive index to evaluate regional transportation network status. In the rapid economic development time, traffic accessibility and its changes play an important role in the regional economic development and its spatial structure. The traffic has become an important symbol of regional economic development level. On the one hand, the improvement of accessibility enhances the contact between the area and other capital output efficiency, and reduces the region production factor costs and transaction costs, and makes the development environment to become superior, and shows the all economic benefits of production, so it creates a good environment for regional economic development, and it is positive to economic development. On the other hand, the level of accessibility makes the factors of production and economic activities to concentrate to the core region, so it can speed up the development of the core region.A large number of domestic and foreign literatures have been able to prove that regional traffic accessibility is a hotspot issue in economic geography. But the transportation accessibility models in the papers have shortcomings. This article is aimed at the county traffic accessibility model for research.Firstly the paper analyses the information of the traffic accessibility, and summarizes the traffic accessibility models and analyses the models and then chooses an often-used model as a basic model. The paper finds its shortcomings: artificial assignment and unreasonable parameter and so on. At last, the article makes reasonable improvement: using projection pursuit model, introduced passengers, introduced road properties and so on. It is based on the shortcomings of basic model through summarizing numbers of papers.The empirical analysis is divided into two parts. The first part is to make the result of the county traffic accessibility optimization model. Then make the result of Cheng Yu'model and last make comparison and analysis to make sure the optimization model is feasible. The second part is to analysis the county traffic accessibility at different impact conditions.
