The traditional financial management model has many drawbacks in the current market environment,such as low efficiency of financial processing and high cost of financial management.As a new type of financial management model,the Financial Shared Service Center has been popularized and applied in many large multinational companies and large domestic group companies.This model can make corporate financial management more efficient and reasonable,reduce human and material resources,and further optimize the allocation of corporate resources.In order for the financial shared service center to better realize its economic value and provide support and guarantee for the company’s long-term development,it is necessary to evaluate its operational effects.How to build a scientific performance evaluation system based on the operating status of the financial shared service center is the key to ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of the financial shared service center.This article takes W company financial shared service center as the research object,researches and constructs a set of performance evaluation system in line with its operating characteristics.First,conduct a field investigation on the current performance evaluation method of the W company’s financial shared service center.The survey found that the current performance evaluation method adopted by the financial shared service center of W company is still in the stage of individual performance evaluation of employees,lacking a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system to measure its value,and there are fuzzy performance evaluation goals and performance evaluation in the performance evaluation process.Problems such as lagging methods,single performance evaluation indicators,and lack of effective integration of performance evaluation information.In order to solve the above problems,based on the latest domestic and foreign performance evaluation related theories,the research and construction of a performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard have been established.First,decompose the strategic objectives of the financial shared service center,and determine the relevant performance evaluation indicators from the financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension,and learning and growth dimension;secondly,combine the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the four dimension indicators;and finally,Use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of W company’s financial shared service center,analyze the results of performance evaluation and put forward relevant improvement suggestions.Through the research of this article,a set of scientific performance evaluation system of financial shared service center has been constructed for W company to provide help for its better development.In addition,the performance evaluation system constructed in this paper can also provide experience and reference for other companies to construct the performance evaluation system of the financial shared service center.
