| There is a lot of snowfall in northern my country.If the new snow cannot be cleared in time,it will be difficult to form compacted ice and snow adhering to the road after repeated rolling by vehicles and pedestrians and continuous melting and re-freezing with temperature changes.It is quickly cleared,causing safety hazards to people’s travel.At this stage,large-scale equipment cannot remove ice and snow for roadside compaction,and most of them choose manual removal.However,its removal method has disadvantages such as long time,low efficiency,and high labor intensity.People gather on the side of the road to clear,affecting the smooth flow of traffic.Therefore,in order to reduce people’s labor intensity and further improve the efficiency of roadside deicing and snow removal,inspired by the technology of extracorporeal ultrasonic lithotripsy,the concept that only crushes stones will not harm human tissues,research and design an ultrasonic-based roadside compacting ice and snow removal device.First,analyze the parameters and mechanical properties of asphalt roads,and briefly describe the physical properties of road compacted snow and ice,including the types and formation reasons of compacted snow and ice,the compressive strength,shear strength and friction coefficient of compacted snow and ice.Based on the solid contact theory,the contact deformation form and contact force between the compacted ice and snow and the road surface are studied.ANSYS software is used to analyze the best resonance frequency of the asphalt road and the compacted snow and ice.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,the mechanism composition and layo ut form of an ultrasonic-based roadside compaction ice and snow removal device are pr oposed,and its working principle is determined.The theoretical calculation and overall stru ctural design of the ultrasonic-based ice and snow breaking mechanism and the ice and snow s hovel are carried out to determine the main technical parameters of the device.And research an d analyze the components of the ultrasonic acoustic system.Finally,based on the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic ice and snow compaction o n the roadside and the theory of damage accumulation,ANSYS finite element software was us ed to establish a roadside compaction ice and snow model,and the harmonic response analysi s of the model was carried out to verify the rationality of ultrasonic-based ice and snow breakin g.It also simulates the effect of crushing compacted ice and snow at different frequencies,diffe rent amplitudes,different numbers of vibration points and different times.Through transient re sponse analysis,it is verified that the ultrasonic-based crushing and compaction of ice and sno w changes with time,and the dynamic simulation of the ultrasonic-based ice and snow crushin g process is performed to verify the feasibility of ultrasonic-based ice and snow crushing. |
