With the continuous and fast expansion of domestic economy,the current power supply has been put forward with higher demands.As an important part of power transmission,the transmission line has received high attention.It needs a set of perfect methods to monitor and expand the capacity to ensure the safety of its working and raise the transmission capacity.For the limitations of manual inspection method and lack of perfect solutions and many other problems,based on edge computing,ARIMA prediction algorithm,dynamic capacity increase and other technologies,this paper studies and realizes a set of transmission line monitoring system based on edge computing,which can monitor the environmental parameters of transmission line operation in real time,predict the environmental temperature and study the maximum allowable carrying capacity of transmission line.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)Based on the technology of sensor and ZigBee protocol,the transmission line monitoring and acquisition system is designed and developed,which realizes the acquisition,filtering,transmission and storage of the environmental data around the transmission line.(2)Based on the edge computing platform edge x foundry,this paper studies the edge data processing method,realizes the functions of monitoring equipment access management,data calculation and processing etc,which can reduce the transmission pressure of the transmission line monitoring system,improve the real-time monitoring and share the pressure of the cloud.(3)Through noise reduction,order determination,modeling and prediction results,error analysis and other related steps of sample data,the ARIMA prediction model of meteorological temperature based on time series is established.The extreme value optimization is used to improve the model to realize the prediction of environmental temperature during the operation of transmission lines,so that the system has the ability of high and low temperature early warning,and the use of the prediction data as the source data can ensure the collection of data,At the same time,the acquisition cost is reduced.(4)Based on the principle of heat balance,a dynamic capacity increasing model is established.By processing the collected data such as temperature,light intensity and wind speed,the influence of various environmental factors on the carrying capacity of transmission lines is analyzed,and the potential transmission capacity of current transmission lines is mined,so as to provide reference and suggestions for power dispatchers.Taking a transmission line as the real-time monitoring object,the function of the system is tested.The environmental data of the transmission line is collected and transmitted to the edge computing platform edge x foundry for data processing and analysis.The dynamic capacity increase model is established to calculate the potential carrying capacity of the transmission line,and the ARIMA forecast model is built to forecast the temperature.The outcomes indicate that the whole system can realize real-time monitoring of transmission lines,provide timely and effective warning for transmission lines,and provide certain reference and basis for line expansion,which has strong practicability.
