Abstract/Summary:
One of the lifeblood of a country’s economic development is manufacturing.To develop manufacturing industry well means to develop comprehensive national strength well.Therefore,China has put forward the "made in China 2025" action program.Under the correct guidance of this action program,China’s manufacturing industry has made remarkable progress and achieved good results.It is also in this context that intelligent manufacturing began to enter the field of manufacturing and penetrated into many traditional fields of manufacturing.Under the influence of intelligent manufacturing,the development of some fields has been greatly improved,including the construction industry.Most of the traditional construction industry has the problems of large labor consumption,serious pollution,high risk,and so on.Adding 3D printing technology in the traditional construction industry can easily solve the above problems,so it is worth promoting and studying.This topic is mainly aimed at the current development status of cement 3D printing technology in the construction field,combined with the current production equipment with good performance,research and design a set of cement 3D printing equipment for actual production.The working principle of this set of equipment is as follows: according to the needs of actual production and life,first use the drawing software CAD to draw the product model that needs to be printed,and then use the drawn model file to process the data of the model through the designed QT upper computer interface and background program,and then import the generated data file into the upper computer interface of the industrial control computer,automatically generate the program and store it In the motion control card,after the device is powered on,the motion control card will print according to the generated program,and the printing process can be real-time monitored by the upper computer,or the emergency stop button of the upper computer can be used for danger prevention and control.This topic design equipment belongs to large-scale equipment,with high quality,and it needs to drive the high quality printing device to move on XYZ axis in the process of work.Therefore,on the basis of ensuring the printing safety,we improve the running speed of this equipment,analyze and study the possible emergencies in the printing work,and add protection measures.In the process of controlling the printing device,the interpolation program is the core program.Therefore,the quality of interpolation program design will directly affect the working process of the printing device,which will ultimately affect the quality of the printing results.It is precisely based on this.In view of the current development of interpolation algorithm,this paper studies its advantages and disadvantages in various classification directions.Combined with the characteristics that the accuracy of the printing results required by this set of equipment is not particularly high,the digital product is finally selected through discussion Sub interpolation algorithm,the algorithm has a good application in many areas of real life.This paper will also introduce the digital integral interpolation algorithm in detail in the fourth chapter,and make improvements on the traditional algorithm.At the same time,it will make a simple supplement to other categories of interpolation algorithm.This set of equipment has printed out cement building products that can be used in real life according to the production needs,which shows that the printing equipment designed in this paper is of practical significance.
