| In the routine testing of the shooting range,high-speed cameras are commonly used as test methods in the fields of damage assessment and flight parameter testing. However, due to the huge amount of data generated by high-speed cameras when working, the camera data storage capacity is limited,in order to store effective data as much as possible and reduce unnecessary redundant data,it is necessary to provide a reasonable trigger signal for the camera. The paper takes the explosion moment as the trigger signal of the high-speed camera.First, the paper analyzes the existing measurement methods and equipment at the moment of explosion, focusing on comparing the common scenarios, advantages and disadvantages of the photoelectric detection method and the acoustic detection method.Secondly,in view of the complex electromagnetic background of this project and the application scenarios of providing time trigger signals for high-speed cameras,in order to ensure that the trigger signal has a higher accuracy and a relatively low missed detection rate,a target explosion time measurement method based on multi-sensor information fusion(MSIF)was developed. This method is based on the detection of flying projectile targets and infrared radiation and acoustic signals at the moment of target explosion.A set of multi-sensor composite detection system is designed. This system respectively detects projectile targets that are about to fly into the explosion area in the air and 3~5um generated at the moment of explosion. The infrared radiation and the sound wave signal generated by the explosion can be detected. Then, perform multi-sensor asynchronous information fusion on the signals detected by the multi-sensor composite detection system.Taking advantage of the fact that the time difference between the signal reaching each detection system is in a fixed range when the test layout position is determined,a weighted fusion algorithm using the cross-correlation method is proposed.Perform information fusion on three-channel sensor data, and output a trigger signal on the basis of judging the authenticity of the detected data through calculation.Through a series of tests on the multi-sensor composite detection system,it is verified that the multi-sensor composite detection system can effectively detect flying ammunition targets, infrared radiation and sound waves at the moment of explosion;secondly, through simulation, the weighted fusion algorithm based on the cross-correlation method is verified the authenticity of the explosive target can be judged;at the same time, the six sets of data detected by the system in the range test are brought into the information fusion model. The results show that the fusion algorithm can effectively achieve the sensor’s information fusion and the correct judgment of the explosive target signal which has a certain practicability. |
