| Equipment comprehensive efficiency evaluation is an important reference in equipment selection and maintenance and it also plays an important role in planning and designing the equipment at the same time.This dissertation started from the whole life cycle cost of equipment,and then the economic life model of the equipment and the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation model based on economic life were analyzed and applied.Firstly,the whole life cycle cost of power equipment was divided into fixed cost and dynamic cost,and the whole life cycle cost model based on fixed cost and dynamic cost were established.Secondly,the fixed cost function and dynamic cost function of power equipment were constructed by using the method of simulation estimation,so the economic life model of power equipment was obtained,and the optimal economic life optimal total life cycle cost was obtained by the method of derivation.Then,a comprehensive performance evaluation index system was established,which includes reliability,availability,maintainability and economy.Thirdly,the composition and principle of Weibull proportional failure model were studied,the parameters of basic failure function were estimated and solved by maximum likelihood estimation algorithm,and the parameters of efficiency index regression function were solved by analytic hierarchy process.Then,a comprehensive efficiency evaluation model based on economic life was established,this paper designed an equipment selection strategy combining optimal economic life and comprehensive efficiency evaluation.In terms of equipment maintenance,this paper introduced the concept of dynamic threshold function,and it calculated the dynamic threshold function based on the optimal economic life,and it constructed the maintenance discrimination strategy based on the comprehensive performance evaluation.Finally,taking 35 k V circuit breaker as an example,the economic life model and the comprehensive efficiency evaluation model and their applications were analyzed and calculated.The calculation and analysis results proved the correctness of the comprehensive efficiency evaluation model designed in this paper,which can provide technical guidance and support for the selection and maintenance decision of power equipment. |
