Urban rail line subway construction design commonly there are two parallel lines,after construction of the line if use the same another line of shield construction,the need to head excavation of shield machine,artificial commonly used while shield machine head and simple mechanical device,the head is difficult and time consuming,the development of the shield machine multi-function starting platform,compared with the simple U-turn method,it can save a lot of manpower and material resources and effectively guarantee the construction safety and progress of U-turn.Therefore,it is of great significance to the research on the multi-functional starting platform of shield machine.Based on the key technology of shield machine multi-function starting platform as the research object,and introduces its working principle,the initial platform establish a simplified dynamic simulation model,for its complete lateral movement and rotation of movement and force analysis,respectively,to determine the main key-module load type and size,and selection and stiffness analysis of key components,the main contents are as follows:1.Overall design of the originating platform.The principle of shield machine starting platform is introduced,the overall design and parameters are determined,the research direction is defined,the force analysis and modeling of starting platform rotation and transverse translation are carried out from the theoretical aspect,and the selection of rotary support,hydraulic system components and winch is carried out.2.Establish the simulation model of shield machine starting platform.A brief introduction to ADAMS is given,which simulates the lateral movement of the starting platform and the rotation dynamics of the rotating bracket,and simulates the variation of the translation speed and acceleration with time.the finite element analysis of dynamic and static strength of bracket and guide rail is carried out to verify whether the maximum stress and maximum static deflection of bracket of shield machine moving platform are less than the allowable stress of material under the maximum load condition,and whether the maximum stiffness meets the use requirements.the structure is optimized to make it meet the design needs.The finite element analysis of the overall static strength is carried out to verify whether the maximum stress of the overall static strength and the maximum deflection of the shield machine are less than the allowable stress of the material under the maximum load condition,and whether the maximum strength and stiffness meet the requirements of use.The structure is optimized to make it meet the design needs.3.Industrial test verification.The industrial test was carried out to verify the reliability of the design and whether it could meet the research needs.The data of the experimental process were collected to analyze the advantages and problems of the platform in the use process.
