With the continuous development and improvement of "spear and shield" anti armor and armor in mutual competition,the "shield" can not blindly passive defense,passive defense means the thickening of armor,which is contradictory to the mobility of armored vehicles,so active protection becomes a better choice,and active detection is the "fuse" in active protection,so it is of great significance to study active detection Righteousness.The main contents of this paper are as follows.The background and significance of active detection and active protection system in local war are discussed;The research status of metal flying body detection,photoelectric detection and eddy current detection are summarized respectively;By analyzing the characteristics of the target and its imaging background environment,it is concluded that the peak value of infrared wavelength radiated by the target and its imaging background is in two different infrared bands in the process of high-speed flight,and the detection methods of typical metal flying objects are compared,taking into account the consideration of stealth,no light source and low infrared characteristics,The type of infrared sensor is determined,the metal flying body detection technology based on eddy current and photoelectric composite sensor is proposed,the ideal composite detection device model is given,and the working process of the detection device is explained in two limit states of parallel entry and vertical entry of the attacking target.Through MATLAB,Ansoft Maxwell calculation and simulation analysis,the parameters of eddy current probe coil are determined,and the influence of metal flying body approaching the eddy current coil from different directions and at different speeds on the axial magnetic induction intensity and magnetic line distribution of the coil is studied;The conditioning circuit of photoelectric detection part and eddy current detection part is simulated and designed,and the response time of detection device under ideal and low-speed experimental conditions is analyzed and calculated.Finally,simulation experiments of photoelectric detection,eddy current detection and composite detection are carried out in low speed environment.In this paper,the metal flying body detection technology based on eddy current and photoelectric effect is proposed.The two-level detection network is formed by the comprehensive use of photoelectric and eddy current.Through the composite detection mode,the incoming targets are detected actively and respond quickly.Compared with the active detection methods such as infrared,laser and millimeter wave radar commonly used in the active protection system on the modern battlefield,it has stronger concealment ability Force and weaker infrared properties.The detection mainly depends on the joint judgment of eddy current detector and photoelectric detector,which can reduce misjudgment and missed judgment to the greatest extent.After the technology is mature,it can be applied to the modular active armor of armored vehicles.
