| During the firing of the artillery,the high pressure barrel erosion due to high temperature propellant gas,prone to ablation phenomenon.Thermal factors are the main cause of ablation.However,the parameters of the rifling structure are an important factor affecting the temperature field changes on the inner wall of the barrel.Therefore,in-depth research and analysis of the temperature field changes of the barrel under different rifling structural parameters,and using this as a basis to analyze and study the ablation changes,are of great significance for optimizing the rifling structural parameters.Taking the 122 mm cannonl for the study,to simulate the heat transfer process through the barrel of ABAQUS finite element software.On this basis,the ablation is simulated and analyzed,and the barrel temperature field and ablation law during burst shooting are studied.The temperature field and ablation of the barrel during continuous shooting are studied,and the influence of different rifling structure parameters on the temperature field and ablation of the barrel is analyzed.Summarize the changing regularity,to provide a reference for further study the barrel rifling structural parameters.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the basis of heat transfer,describe the finite element heat transfer problem,determine the heat transfer type of the barrel and determine the barrel heat transfer equation,the temperature change of the gunpowder gas,and the heat exchange form and coefficient.Establish the heat transfer model of the barrel,and analyze the barrel temperature field.(2)Analyze the ablation mechanism,determine the heat conduction characteristics of the ablation process.According to the ablation criteria,the UMESHMOTION subroutine was written in the Fortan language,and the ALE adaptive meshing was used to establish the ablation model.The ablation simulation analysis was performed on the basis of the ABAQUS temperature field analysis.Design of inspection structure for inner wall topography based on DIC.(3)For the selected caliber artillery,according to the requirements of the rifling parameters,design and select four suitable rifling structure parameters of the appropriate number,depth,width and cross-sectional shape,and the rectangular rifling is rounded,which lays the foundation for the parameter comparison later.(4)Select candle body inner wall at the junction with the rotation side guide at a point as a reference point,respectively projectile emission analysis and structure parameters between different ends of the temperature profile during projectile launch,and for ablation based on this analysis.This article focuses on the research on the influence of the rifling structure parameters on the barrel temperature field and ablation,and provides a certain theoretical basis for the optimization of the barrel rifling parameters. |
