To study the tire temperature field based on ABAQUS software. The basic law of the non-steady-state temperature field of tire in the course of start-up to steady-state running state of the car is discussed.To construct three-dimensional thermal analysis model of tires when the car is running forward smoothly. To simulate the actual working conditions that the friction between tire and ground is changing with the vertical load increasing, the premise of which is on the same inside pressure of tire. And then the tire stress and strain distribution diagrams are gotten. The tire temperature field contours and the temperature distribution curve are given respectively at80km,90km, and100km per hour. The temperature of the tire surface and the internal field are detected by an infrared thermometer on the above three working conditions in order to verify the accuracy of the simulation results. Comparing the results of the simulation and experimental, there are still certain errors. It is mainly related to the parameter settings of the simulation, as well as the selected test points of the experiment. A reference to the thermal analysis of the tire is provided in the article.
