In response to the demand for supply-side reforms and the development of residential industrialization,our country began to fully promote prefabricated buildings in 2016,and proposed to use about ten years to increase the proportion of newly built prefabricated buildings in my country to 30% of newly built buildings.The goal.However,due to the late start of the development of prefabricated concrete buildings in our country,the related research is not comprehensive enough,and the uneven development of various regions,it is inevitable that there will be various problems in the development process.In response to related issues,this article takes prefabricated concrete houses as the research object,and conducts in-depth research on related issues in the design,production,and construction stages.It is found that following certain design principles,the introduction of modular design in prefabricated concrete houses is expected to achieve relevant results.The solution of the problem effectively increases the flexibility and construction efficiency in the design,production,and construction phases of prefabricated housing projects,which will help promote the development of housing industrialization in our country.According to a certain logic,the specific research can be divided into the following points:First of all,this article earnestly summarized the theoretical research and practical history of the development of prefabricated buildings and modularization,analyzed the differences in related research and development at home and abroad,and summarized the policy development trend of prefabricated buildings in our country.Secondly,according to the development status of prefabricated concrete houses in our country,the inevitability of introducing modular design into prefabricated concrete houses in our country is discussed.Combined with a large number of actual cases for verification,the design and construction characteristics of related prefabricated concrete houses are sorted out,and the existing problems are summarized.Then,based on related theoretical research,the necessity of introducing modular design into prefabricated concrete houses was confirmed.On the premise of complying with the principle of modular design,it is proposed to substitute “less” for“many”,“simplified” for “complex”,“integrated” for “blank”,“universal” for“dedicated”,and “simplified” for “complex”."Mechanical" instead of "cast-in-place" and other five design ideas,combined with the three-level modules of "functional space module","precast concrete module" and "internal module" in the prefabricated concrete house respectively for design research,and discussed the modularization The influence of design methods on the flexibility and construction efficiency of prefabricated concrete houses.Finally,combined with the engineering example of the talent apartment of Zhengzhou University,the modular design practice of the prefabricated concrete residence was carried out from the corresponding plan design,the production and construction of precast concrete components,and the interior construction and construction.Based on relevant practical research,it is concluded that the introduction of modular design in prefabricated concrete houses can effectively improve the flexibility and construction efficiency of prefabricated concrete houses,and promote the development of residential industrialization in my country.
