The Research On The System And Design Methods Of Building Component In Housing Industrialization

The gradual increasing of the national industrialization, the increasingly prominent environmental problems, the urgent requirement of efficiently using resources and energy, the rising labor costs, such of these realistic backgrounds make the housing industrialization being given more and more focus. This paper focuses on the housing component system and its impact on housing design methods.The second chapter embarks from housing industrialization, introduces the typical housing industrialization system of domestic and foreign, and the concept and classification of housing component. The third chapter demonstrates the foundation of housing component from the perspective of theories of sustainable development, special and general system and adaptability, and discusses the main problem and development direction, like the modular system, connection and the cognizance and authentication system. The fourth chapter has a systematic analysis of the kitchen and bathroom component system. It sorts out the kitchen and bathroom component design basis. Then in-depth analysis the structure and material of the component, and thematically analysis the modular design of kitchen and the constructional process of bathroom, then, summarizes the current Kitchen and bathroom component’s product information. Then it uses cases to analysis the application of the component and analysis the positive and negative factors In the fifth chapter takes the Zixin Zhonghua high-rise apartment project as an example to discuss the effect of the application of housing component system. The first part is the design method of the supporting system, including the network, apartment layout, section and facade design; then the modular design method is introduced in the design of the kitchen, bathroom and balcony, with the analysis of the method’s concept, the modularization and the connection design; also describes the use of BIM in the project.The last part describes the conclusion and outlook, also points of the shortage. The aim of this paper is to form a mature, perfect housing industrialization and component system.
