The barrel is one of the important parts of gunpowder launching weapons.One of its most important functions is to launch projectiles to the muzzle at a certain speed under the action of gunpowder gas.When the projectile is launched,the transient high temperature and high pressure gunpowder gas will scour and erode the inner chamber of the barrel,and the impact vibration caused by the high acceleration movement of the belt squeezed into the inner chamber.These complex working environments reduce the shooting accuracy and accuracy of the artillery barrel.For the service life,setting up a barrel bore detection system for this problem,detecting and analyzing the barrel rifling parameters,has important engineering significance for judging the technical status of the barrel and formulating the maintenance and maintenance plan of the barrel.This paper takes a 122 mm self-propelled gun barrel as the research object,analyzes the barrel rifling parameters,and builds a non-contact optical test bore detection system to achieve high-precision positioning of the detector in the axial and radial directions.Automatic measurement of angle and full size.Utilize the control system and data communication system of inner bore detection to verify the reliability of the system by testing the test barrel.Construct a wavelet transform algorithm to smooth the data and reduce noise;construct a non-uniform rational B-spline interpolation algorithm,find the first and second derivatives of the curve,divide the bore curve into horizontal and transitional parts,and calculate the width and depth of the rifling Value;construct Delaunay triangulation interpolation algorithm to reconstruct the three-dimensional surface of the barrel bore.Analyze the test data and optimize the design of the detection speed of the system.When the probe speed is not higher than 6rpm,the complete barrel rifling can be collected.Due to the influence of the positioning accuracy of the system,the collected barrel rifling contour curve is in a trigonometric function type,corrected by the law of cosines,and tested by standard gauge tests.The detection accuracy of the bore detection system is 0.001 mm.Finally,different sampling periods and sampling rates The lower rifling data is analyzed for calculation error,and the error is less than 0.01.
