| Power industry is the foundation of global economic development.At present,with the continuous development of economy and society,the dependence on electricity is gradually increasing.It can be said that in today’s society,if there is no electricity,human beings will not be able to live.Nanyang is located in the southwest of Henan Province,where Henan,Hubei and Shaanxi provinces meet.It is a famous historical and cultural city.Since the "13th Five-Year Plan",the industrial structure of Nanyang has been adjusted.Its economic development speed is higher than the average level of the province,and its GNP is at the forefront of the province.Based on the speed of economic development,cannot leave the huge power supply system,the scale of nanyang power grid in the entire top of henan electric power corporation,the majority of users to obtain power feeling,although already had a big increase over the past ten years,but with a lower voltage,three-phase imbalance,line fault power such as the serious influence People’s Daily life phenomenon still happen,The power grid service complaint is also one of the major problems perplexing power grid companies.How to improve the reliability of power supply and optimize the business environment is a major issue facing power supply companies,especially Nanyang power supply companies.Based on this,this paper will study a working mode.First,it is necessary to integrate the concept of "gridding" from distribution network planning into the work of power supply reliability improvement of distribution network,expand the applicable scope of "gridding",and carry out distribution network analysis in a refined and differentiated manner.Secondly,the index system for evaluating the power supply reliability of the distribution network is constructed,and the mathematical model is established through the membership function and the analytic hierarchy process.The main and secondary factors restricting the power supply reliability of the distribution network are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively,and the strategy for improving the power supply reliability is proposed.Third,categorizing the grid problem,library into distribution network problem,by analyzing the specific reason for the problem,in a variety of channels for solution strategy,form the strategy library,then by the corresponding management department responsible for the effectiveness of its solution strategy for the early stage of the project design,into the pool of problem overall form library to strategy library to stockpile closed-loop operating mode;Four is to choose a grid to carry on actual case analysis in the area under jurisdiction of nanyang city,according to the process of this work,demonstrate the specific practice of this working mode in detail step by step,verify the feasibility and scientific nature of this working mode.Finally,combined with the contents and results of this study,the main conclusions in the work mode of power supply reliability improvement and the aspects that need to be further expanded and deepened in the next step are summarized. |
