| In modern warfare,small-caliber artillery fires a amount of ammunition in a short period of time to form a barrage that serves as the last barrier for air defense and missile defense.The current RFID setting system uses a set of coils to transmit energy and information,but this kind of setting system transmits information only in single direction.To solve this problem,the setting system of this article designs two sets of coupled coils,one set of the coil is dedicated to transmitting information,and the other set of coils is dedicated to transmitting energy.The setting information can be transmitted in both directions.The setting timer is for induction setting before launching.The setting speed is fast,the structure is simple,and the versatility is strong.This system uses a small-caliber artillery with a high rate of fire as the application platform.The system consists of a setter,a fuze receiver and the coupling coils.First,according to the setting method of the setter,the program of the fuze RFID setting system is proposed,and determined the communication technology and power supply technology of the RFID setting system.Secondly,the coupling coils theory design is carried out to analyze the factors that affecting the transmission coil inductance and mutual inductance.Due to the eddy current effect of the metal environment at the bottom of the fuze receiver,the receiver circuits is unstable.A compensation scheme of adding a ferrite magnetic isolation sheet on the aluminum metal base is proposed.It is concluded that adding ferrite can not only enhance the coplanar coil’s mutual inductance value between the two coils,but also can reduce the mutual inductance value between the axially distributed coils.Then,according to the requirements of the project,design the hardware circuit and transmission coil of the setter and the fuze receiver,and compile the software program of the setter and the fuze receiver.Finally,the prototype of the setter and the fuze receiver is made and verified by experiments.The experiment shows that the equipment can transmit information and energy through wireless ways.The setting distance is 15 mm and the information frequency is125 k Hz,which can realize real-time information storage and power-down.Information is not lost,information transmission is reliable,and data error rate is low. |
