The vibration and noise caused by gear tooth friction in the transmission is important causes of fails and abnormal sound problems,and the vibration and noise signals during transmission and analysis transmission are an important means of the transmission of the radius,from a photographed scale.The movement of the line contacts high flakes is beneficial to explore the root cause of the abnormal noise of the transmission.In order to study the mechanism of surface texture to reduce friction noise under the surface texture of the line contact,the Z-20 fiber laser marking machine is used to laser microstructure,and three groups of micro-styled samples were obtained.The diameter of the micro-modulated sample is 90 μm,120 μm and 150 μm,and the depth is 10 μm,and the area occupancy of each set of samples is 14% by adjusting the microple pit spacing.Add a glossy surface study to form a control experiment of four friction systems for smooth surfaces and texture surfaces.The dynamic model of the wire contact is established,and the friction system is analyzed;the four friction systems are subjected to finite element simulation;and the test verification is performed by the construction line to contact the high side friction test bench,by changing the pressure load And sliding ratio,obtain vibration signals under a series of working conditions.Three mutual verification through system dynamics,finite element simulation and test,Concluded as follow:(1)Sample having the same roughness value,surface microstructure has an important influence on the friction noise characteristics of the sample;(2)In linear contact high subfibration system,the fluctuations of contact interface friction cause the system to generate friction self-excitation vibration,and scattered the friction scream noise;(3)In linear contact with high subfricher friction system,the microple pit parameters also have an important impact on the strength of friction noise.In this paper,the D120 textured surface is preferably the noise reduction effect;(4)The fabric surface microple pit is contacted by breaking the line to contact the high subfricher contact interface,affecting the self-invasive vibration generated by the friction system,thereby suppressing high frequency friction noise of the contact interface.
