| With the development and progress of society and science and technology,the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce,knowledge has become the key resource for enterprises to win in the competition.And the carrier of knowledge,knowledge workers,occupies a pivotal position in the enterprise,it can’t be replaced easily,they are the core competitiveness of enterprises.Electric power enterprises belong to enterprises with high knowledge and technology content,its work is characterized by strong professionalism and high requirements for technology and experience.Therefore,the knowledge-based employees who know how to be professional and can operate in power enterprises become particularly valuable,they are the decisive factors for the safety、stability and sustainable development of enterprises.A power enterprise is a state-owned enterprise,since its establishment,it has experienced many institutional changes,but how to effectively motivate knowledge workers,there is no effective countermeasure,this makes it a difficult problem to motivate knowledge workers of a power enterprise to work harder.Starting from the characteristics of knowledge-based staff motivation,this paper expounds the concept and characteristics of knowledge-based staff,the connotation of motivation and several main motivation theories on the basis of clarifying the research status of knowledge-based staff motivation at home and abroad.According to the idea of clarifying the current situation,finding problems and solving problems,this paper introduces the basic situation of A power enterprise and its personnel profile,the composition and characteristics of knowledge workers,and the current situation of incentive for knowledge workers.By using the methods of interview and questionnaire survey,this paper makes an interview and questionnaire survey on the incentive situation of knowledge-based employees in the enterprise.Through the analysis of the survey data,it comes to the conclusion that the specific problems existing in the incentive of knowledge-based employees in the enterprise are mainly manifested in the lack of difference in salary distribution,the formality of employee training,the invisible barriers in promotion space,the old incentive concept,the lack of innovation and the lack of innovation The spiritual incentive system is not perfect.In view of the specific problems,this paper puts forward the specific improvement countermeasures for the incentive of knowledge-based employees in A power enterprise,mainly including reshaping the salary management system,improving the welfare system,setting performance appraisal objectives by level and classification,constructing the performance appraisal result grade system,creating an enterprise cultural atmosphere that attaches importance to the training of knowledge-based employees,improving the training curriculum,establishing a systematic career development channel,improving the incentive mechanism,and so on In order to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of knowledge workers in the enterprise,we should establish a dynamic employment mechanism,strengthen honor incentive and emotional incentive,and hope to provide a useful reference for the practice of knowledge workers incentive in A power enterprise. |
