In the process of Sino US trade war,The competition and external environment of Chinese enterprises and enterprises have changed significantly,At the same time,there is a rapid change in domestic competition,And enterprises are facing increasingly serious new problems,Environmental protection,safety,various external business crisis and some internal challenges of talent management,There are also various problems in the tax environment.Many enterprises in China have fallen through their struggles,There are also many enterprises left behind,Forming the lifeline of China’s manufacturing industry’s private manufacturing economy,It is in these processes of full competition of these markets and economic systems,Private enterprise,Especially private small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,It is a more important social responsibility to contribute to the society.In the final analysis,It is in this competition,In fact,a great factor is competition from talent,How to mobilize and explore the enthusiasm of various employees in their work,Stimulate the enthusiasm and potential of employees at all levels,Will be the main function of human resource management.Therefore,Under the current pressure competition situation,Discussion on employee motivation in manufacturing small and medium sized enterprises,It has epochal significance and important realistic value.This paper mainly focuses on the motivation of employees in China’s small and medium-sized enterprises,Guided by some basic theories inspired by human resources at home and abroad,Grasp the development characteristics and organizational structure characteristics of Chinese manufacturing SMEs,A case study is made on the motivation of small and medium-sized enterprises,Find out many problems in the incentive process of small and medium-sized enterprises employees,And take YPC company as an example to discuss and analyze the object,An in-depth understanding,investigation and analysis of the status quo of employee motivation in YPC enterprises and the progress of employee growth,On this basis,a viewpoint of "incentive system under hierarchical system" is put forward,that is,the four-tier frame structure of manufacturing SMEs is divided into investor layer,strategic decision-maker layer,management layer and production layer respectively,Then we have done some effective ways to encourage the system to optimize the incentive mechanism,At the end of the paper,the incentive conclusions obtained from this study are presented,It will be a summary of the incentive mechanism for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,It is believed that this study can provide some new enlightenment to the incentive of SMEs and improve their thinking mode in the future,Help Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their competitiveness.
