In 2020,the "Innovation Development Strategy Of Intelligent Vehicles" is published by 11 ministries and commissions including NDRC and MIIT and MOST.It emphasize the direction of developing intelligent vehicles,and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry,and speeding up the construction of a manufacturing and technological power.Since 2009,many places have also release relevant driverless ports and smart ports policies to promote the commercial application and accelerate the transformation of port automation.Base on the fact that the ports have fewer social vehicles,almost no pedestrians,and operating processes are fixed,it is very likely to become the first commercial application of intelligent driving technology.Based on this background,it is necessary and forward-looking to accelerate the technological maturity of intelligent port vehicles and formulate a long-term strategic plan for FAW Jiefang’s intelligent port vehicle business.This paper focuses on FAW Jiefang’s intelligent port vehicle business,applies the macro-environment PEST model to analyze the external factors,analyzes the internal factors through the SWOT method,screens and analysis SO,ST,WO,WT strategies.The strategic goal of FAW Jiefang’s intelligent port vehicle business is to seize the “intelligent” high point of commercial driverless vehicle,and the commercial operation of port scenes is leading domestically.It must make full use of the capital market advantages of FAW Jiefang Automotive Co.,Ltd.after its listing and wholly acquire the start-up of intelligent driving system.The company invests research and development expenses to vigorously develop the intelligent driving system.In the management dimension,it uses the principle of winning by division,reforms the intelligent vehicle research,production,supply and marketing system into an independent business unit,and leads Jiefang to transform into a "intelligent transportation solution provider".This paper applies the three competitive strategy theories written by Michael Porter to the competitive strategy,and finally choose the differentiation competitive strategy.Take product differentiation,service differentiation,personnel differentiation and quality differentiation as landing measures.In the end,this paper proposes three measures that the intelligent port vehicle business of FAW Jiefang Automobile Co.,Ltd.can be successfully implemented,including organizational structure reformation,mergers and acquisitions of start-up technology companies and innovation of HR system.This paper focuses on the planning and competitive strategy analysis of the intelligent vehicle industry of the vehicle enterprises.Through a large number of literature review,the use of scientific analysis tools,this paper analyzes and formulates the guiding significance of the competitive strategy of the intelligent commercial vehicle of FAW Jiefang Co.,Ltd.At the same time,it hopes to give some enlightenment to other vehicle manufacturers,and provide reference for the intelligent driving industry make a little contribution to the development of the industry.
