| The flight control system directly determines the safety and performance of aircraft.From aircraft design,manufacture,to operational maintenance,people attach more importance to the flight control system than any other aircraft system.The two 737 MAX air crashes highlighted the significance of flight control systems for modern airline industry.At the same time,the Civil Administration of China(CAAC)has strengthened the health management and aging management of aircraft throughout their life span,and put forward higher maintenance requirements for the flight control system of aging aircraft.B737 NG aircraft has been operating in China for more than 20 years.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the flight control system of B737 NG aircraft,scientifically formulate fault coping strategies,and establish fault monitoring model for the continuous airworthiness and reliability management of the aircraft.Based on the historical failure data of flight control system in chapter ATA27 of B737 NG aircraft of an airline,this paper makes an in-depth study on the flight control system,and discusses the fault coping strategies from four aspects of aviation maintenance,engineering management,aviation supply management and fault monitoring.In the aspect of aviation maintenance,historical fault data will be statistically analyzed,typical faults will be sorted out,and the rapid isolation and troubleshooting schemes of typical faults will be formulated.In the aspect of engineering management,this paper will discuss the life distribution function model based on Minitab,which is used in the reliability management of aircraft fleet.In the aspect of aviation supply management,this paper will expatiate on legality research and maintenance management of aviation materials,and establishes the optimization scheme of air material purchase based on Minitab,so as to achieve the scientific management of air materials.In the aspect of fault monitoring,this paper will introduce the real-time fault monitoring model and fault forewarning monitoring model based on the reprogramming function of Air FASE to realize the comprehensive monitoring and forewarning management of the flight control system,so as to ensure the reliable operation of the fleet. |
