Film cooling technology is an important cooling method for high temperature components of modern gas turbine,which is widely used in combustion chamber,blade and other core components.In this paper,the cooling efficiency of different cooling structures was measured in the wind tunnel experimental device by using pressure sensitive paint Test Technology(PSP).The cooling structure was improved by combining the fillet cross groove structure with the sister hole cooling structure to improve the film cooling efficiency.The cooling mechanism was analyzed by numerical simulation.In this paper,the influence of cross groove structure parameters on film cooling efficiency under different blowing ratios was analyzed by PSP.The results show that the average film cooling efficiency of fillet cross groove is higher than that of single hole except case 3 at low blowing ratio.Compared with the circular hole cooling structure,the average film cooling efficiency of the fillet transverse groove can be increased by 127%.The blowing ratio has the greatest influence on the film cooling efficiency of the fillet groove,followed by the groove depth,groove width and fillet radius.The cooling structure of fillet transverse groove sister hole is proposed,and PSP is used to compare and analyze the efficiency of fillet cross groove sister hole,sister hole and single circular hole structure under different blowing ratios.When the blowing ratio is 1.5,the average film cooling efficiency is 172%higher than that of sister hole and 288%higher than that of single circular hole.When the blowing ratio is 0.5,the average film cooling efficiency is 48%higher than that of sister hole and 107%higher than that of single circular hole.The numerical simulation software is used to calculate the different cooling structures and analyze the flow structure of the fillet cross groove structure.The results show that the existence of the fillet cross groove structure can inhibit the formation of the kidney vortex pair and reduce the adverse effect of the kidney vortex pair.In addition,the fillet cross groove structure can improve the flow performance of the cooling jet in the spanwise direction,thus improving the film cooling efficiency. |
