In recent years,Internet technology has developed rapidly,and online shopping is increasingly popular.The number of online shopping has risen year by year,and the status of the e-commerce platform also increases.There are more and more customer orders received by the business platform,but the amount of goods in the order is getting less and less,so relevant companies must have a higher efficiency of automated warehousing systems to meet market demand,and obtain customers’ agreement to enterprises.Traditional automated three-dimensional storage systems have no current demand,and the four-way shuttle system of this paper is born.The four-way shuttle system has high space utilization,and the equipment in the system is easy to maintain and replace.The four-way shuttle can travel in four directions to reach any cargo location,and the route selection is flexible,fast and efficient.This article mainly researches the job task path of the four-way shuttle,the scheduling plan and system configuration when the double order task is in progress at the same time.This paper studies the shortest path to the four-way shuttle running,combined with the scheduling scheme of the system job task,complete the path planning of the four-way shuttle operation task,and solve the optimal device configuration problem of the system under the maximum amount of operation of the order.First,introduce the working environment of the four-way shuttle car stereo library and establish the main working environment model of the system,improve the A*algorithm,and use the improved A* algorithm to plan the path of the system’s outbound task.Secondly,analyze the flow of the four-way shuttle during the outbound task,dividing the operation process of the four-way shuttle and the cargo hoist into three phases,and establishe the time model for the outbound task of the system.The conflict problem may occur for system runtime,propose a scheme based on task priority time window movement to solve conflicts in the system.In response to the requirements of dual-order task operations,genetic algorithm is used to solve the established time model,and design a chromosome containing outbound order task information and cargo hoist selection information.Improve the genetic algorithm to become an adaptive genetic annealing algorithm,which is integrated with the simulated annealing algorithm and adaptively adjusts its crossover probability and mutation probability.Using Matlab to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the improved algorithm,obtain the shortest time of the system outbound task and the selection information of the cargo hoist,so as to complete the dual-order outbound task scheduling and outbound path planning.Finally,through a detailed analysis of the operation process of the four-way shuttle system,the factors that affect the efficiency of the system are found.According to the established task time model and scheduling algorithm,the number of cargo hoists and four-way shuttles in the system is studied under the condition of the maximum task amount of the single order in the system,and the number of cargo hoists and the four-way shuttle in the system are obtained.Reasonable configuration of the number of shuttles to realize the configuration scheme of the four-way shuttle system.
