The reduction of power loss plays a key role in the economic operation of power grid.The amount of power transmitted by 10 k V distribution lines to customers accounts for about 56% of the national power generation.Distributed Generation(DG)mostly refers to the small-scale and Distributed power sources which generate electricity independently near the users.Its reasonable access to the distribution system will reduce the power consumption,so it is necessary to plan the DG configuration reasonably.Because the optimization of the distribution network structure can also reduce the loss,so the direct correlation factors such as the location and capacity of DG installation and the indirect correlation factors such as the network topology are very important for the distribution network to reduce the transmission power consumption,based on the dynamic reconfiguration of distribution network,this paper studies the optimal configuration of distributed generation.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,because the load in the distribution network is always changing,the results of distribution network reconfiguration under different load conditions are different,in this paper,the least square support vector product based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to predict the daily load curve of the target area.Because the frequent operation of sectional switches and contact switches in the distribution network will affect the power supply stability of the distribution network,and will reduce the service life of the switches and increase the investment cost,therefore,the daily load curve is divided according to the information entropy principle,and then the suitable time period and times of reconstruction are found.Secondly,in order to minimize the loss of distribution network,the dynamic network topology and the location and capacity of distributed generation are taken as the variables of distribution network optimization,respectively,for this type of mixed integer optimization problem,this paper chooses the fireworks algorithm as the solution method of the two problems,and according to the algorithm and its application in the actual problem solving needs,the algorithm has been improved,in this paper,the Gauss mutation in the basic fireworks algorithm is replaced by the Gauss-Cauchy mutation,which improves the local optimal problem of the algorithm,and the random mapping is introduced,a weight coefficient which decreases with iteration time is used to improve the performance of the algorithm in the location update formula.Finally,the example is simulated by MATLAB simulation platform.The results show that the distributed power optimal configuration model considering the dynamic reconfiguration of the optimal grid structure is fully considered,it can reduce the line loss and improve the voltage level of each node to a great extent,which shows the superiority of the improved method,and also shows the effectiveness of the optimized allocation method to reduce the loss.
