Since China’s reform and opening up,with the continuous development of market economy,bus and coach industry sales by the seller’s market into a buyer’s market,market competition,in order to get more sales market,credit sales way is used in great quantities,the use of credit sales,will inevitably bring about credit risk,late stage and poor financing proportion is higher and higher.How to manage credit risk has become an important problem faced by most bus enterprises.There is still a gap between China’s current customer credit risk management ability and the mature customer credit risk management system abroad.Especially for non-financial enterprises,the prediction and quantification of customer credit risk are in the primary stage.In this paper,on the basis of the research on related literature,in combination with HG airbus customer credit risk management present situation and characteristics of the industry,the comprehensive "3 + 1" scientific credit risk management model and the whole credit risk management model,using the method of comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy analysis method,to establish strong operability and applicability are the four dimensions of credit evaluation model,using qualitative and quantitative information and data of credit sale customer credit evaluation,the rating results more scientific and more accurate.On this basis,through optimizing the HG airbus credit risk management process and method,optimization of bad customer follow up and risk prevention and control measures,strengthen the customer credit risk control department personnel credit risk consciousness,strengthen the credit risk control personnel and customer communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure the implementation of the customer credit risk management optimization measures,and make use of IT technology improve the efficiency of credit risk management.This paper has strong practicability,especially for non-financial enterprises to credit sales customer credit risk management has a certain reference significance.
