Greenland Landscape Of The Old Community Retrofit Design Research In Tunxi,Huangshang City

With the development of economy,people’s awareness of the ecological environment of residential areas has been significantly improved.The rapid development of my country’s economy has rapidly promoted the rapid development of the real estate industry,and the landscape ecological environment and livability of these old communities have seriously failed to meet people’s growing demand for a better life.The urban old community landscape renovation project can improve the overall living environment of the residential area,improve the urban style,improve the quality and image of the urban landscape,and also promote the sustainable development of the real estate industry.This article takes the old community of Huangshan City as the research object.Through questionnaire survey,on-site investigation and analysis,and the specific situation of the construction unit of the old community,the method of landscape reconstruction of the old community is obtained.The main research results are as follows:1)A certain number of questionnaire surveys were distributed to residents of 3 old communities and 1 newly built community in Tunxi District,Huangshan City.The survey included the age distribution of residents in the old communities and the parts of the old communities that need improvement.Collect statistics and analyze the data..The analysis results are as follows: middle-aged and elderly people account for the majority of the population in the old community and are the group with the greatest willingness to renovate.Residents generally propose to renovate the problems of congested roads in the community,backward property management in the community,tight parking spaces,damaged infrastructure,and poor landscape greening effects.Will2)After determining the reconstruction goals,understand the basic concepts,functions and research of the old community green space landscape reconstruction,summarize the development process and research status of the old community green space landscape reconstruction at home and abroad,and analyze the constituent elements of the old residential green space landscape reconstruction.The basic connotation of the green space landscape reconstruction of the old residential area mainly analyzes the components of the green space landscape reconstruction of the old residential area from the perspective of nature,social economy,humanities and other landscape elements.Integrate humanistic history and ecological design into the renovation of the old community,and on this basis,reflect and summarize the problems and solutions in the green landscape renovation of the old community.3)According to the results of the case,the following conclusions are drawn: the design ideas for the landscape renovation of the old residential area should be based on the needs of the residents.And through the study of corresponding application techniques and design methods,the ideas are used in case analysis and practice.Actively integrate into the local characteristic culture,apply Huizhou culture to this transformation through this case practice,and reflect it in the overall design and special design.Improving the livability,function and ecology of old communities is a key link in the transformation of old communities.It is hoped to provide reference and reference significance for the green landscape reconstruction of other old communities in Huangshan City.
