Upgrade And Reform Design Of Green Landscape In Jingdong District Of Nanchang City

With the promulgation of the Guiding Opinions of The General Office of the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting the Renovation of Old Urban Residential Areas in 2020,large-scale reconstruction of old residential areas has been carried out to promote urban renewal and improve the appearance of the city in China.At present,there is still a huge stock of untransformed residential areas in China,and the living environment of many residential areas is difficult to meet the needs of modern residents for a better life.Therefore,it has become one of the key livelihood issues that need to be solved to transform the landscape of the old residential district and make the living environment of the old residential district meet the urgent needs of residents.This paper takes Jingdong Community of Nanchang City as the research object to discuss the landscape transformation design of the old community.First of all,through literature research,summary and other methods,the relevant concepts,theoretical basis and development direction of landscape renovation of old residential areas at home and abroad were sorted out.Secondly,it analyzes the successful landscape reconstruction cases of old residential areas at home and abroad,summarizes the characteristics of landscape reconstruction cases,and summarizes the experience for reference.Thirdly,the status quo of Jingdong District green landscape and residents were investigated in detail,and the problems existing in Jingdong District green landscape were summarized.Then,combined with the population survey,the current situation of the community landscape and the corresponding national policies,put forward the renovation principles and strategies of Jingdong community green landscape improvement and transformation;Finally,practice is carried out on the enhancement and transformation of Jingdong community green landscape.By combining theory with practice,the transformation strategies and transformation principles summarized are applied to the landscape transformation of Jingdong Community,so as to complete the landscape enhancement and transformation of Jingdong Community leisure area,central activity square area,children’s activity area,interhouse activity area,fitness area and other areas.The transformation of old community is one of the important ways of urban renewal in the new era.This paper provides a feasible method for the greening landscape transformation of Jingdong community in Nanchang city,and also provides a certain reference for other cities and regions to carry out the greening landscape transformation of old community in the future.
