The number of cars in China is increasing year by year,and cars have become the main means of transportation for People’s Daily travel in our country.As the engine controller is the power core control unit of the car,the system test of its application logic is the key to ensure the safety of the car.In this paper,based on the cooperation project between the research group and the enterprise,the simulation test method of EMS is studied,and the EMS in-loop function simulation platform is developed,so as to solve the problem that the EMS functional logic cannot be verified by the real vehicle system under the limit condition of high speed/high water temperature.The research has certain theoretical significance and important engineering application value.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyze the composition and function of EMS,and develop the overall scheme of hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform according to the test requirements.Hardware selection and integration development of hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform are carried out.The d SPACE test equipment based on Scale Xio framework was selected,and the physical environment of the actuator was built.According to the carding and analysis of the EMS I/O signals,the signal simulation model was built and the model calibration was completed,and the signal simulation accuracy met the engineering objectives of the project.(2)The EMS engine simulation model was built based on Matlab,and the debugging parameterization of the simulation model was completed by combining the measured data of the engine.Key indicators such as torque were selected to verify the simulation accuracy,and the simulation accuracy of the engine model met the engineering objectives of the project.(3)Carry out high water temperature test project test.Through enumeration method and logic analysis analysis EMS functional logic,complete the test case design and automatic test script preparation of protection logic of electronic fan and high water temperature engine.The test results show that the two groups of functions are in line with the functional expectations and meet the design requirements.(4)Carry out high speed test project test.The EMS functional logic was analyzed by demand analysis method,and the test case design and automatic test script of cruise and intelligent throttle logic were completed.Completed the test tasks,analyzed the test results,and found that the two groups of functions were in line with functional expectations and met the design requirements.The EMS in-loop simulation platform studied in this paper can realize the system test of EMS functional logic,and solve the problems of high water temperature and high speed test in the extreme working conditions of enterprises.The hardware in the loop simulation platform can efficiently and accurately complete the EMS test verification.
