| Hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)test is a key step to ensure the quality of diesel engine’s Electronic Control Unit(ECU)in its V-mode development.As a test plan for HIL testing,test cases are an indispensable part of HIL testing.Therefore,the development of test cases need to be completed before HIL testing.At present,HIL testings generally use black-box test cases to achieve the overall control function test of the ECU.With diesel engine’s ECU control strategies becoming increasingly complex,internal function modules increases as well,the purpose of HIL testing can not only stay at the level of completing the overall control function test of ECU,but also need to go deep into the internal control modules of ECU.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate new testing ideas into HIL testing and its test case development,so that the test cases development based on the new ideas can penetrate the test into the functional modules of the ECU.This thesis analyzed the relevant literature of diesel engine’s ECU and HIL testing at home and abroad,summarized the research status of HIL testing platform and test cases of HIL testing of the ECU,combining with the laboratory technical conditions and reserves,using NI company’s virtual instrument software and hardware platform to build a set of HIL platform of diesel engine’s ECU,then completed both software and hardware design and integrated debugging of the test platform.This thesis analyzed the common ideas of HIL testing case development of diesel engine’s ECU,and proposed diesel engine’s ECU HIL testing case development methods based on grey-box test idea.This thesis applied the idea of grey-box test to the test requirement analysis and the test case design phase of HIL test case development method of diesel engine’s ECU,and analyzed the necessity and correctness of the application of grey-box testing in test case development theoretically,then puts forward the test case development method based on the study.Starting from the general structure of torque control strategy of ECU,the three modules of diesel engine’s starting condition control strategy are studied and analyzed,including condition judgment,fuel injection calculation and rail pressure control.Then the test case development and deployment of the above control modules are carried out by using the method of grey-box test case development.The grey-box test cases are executed in the HIL platform of diesel engine’s ECU.This thesis analyzed the test data of test points in each test case,and confirmed various functions can pass the test of each test point,including the functions of ECU’s signal acquisition,condition judgment,fuel injection calculation,rail pressure control,fuel injection drive,fuel metering unit drive.Therefore,this thesis judges that the above control module of the tested ECU is functionally normal,and verifies the validity and feasibility of HIL testing of the grey-box diesel engine’s ECU.In conclusion,this thesis provides a new idea for people engaged in the development of HIL test cases of diesel engine’s ECU beyond black-box test. |
